The Challenge:
Being busy executives for a large corporation, Paula and Harry knew they would not have the time to plan a fabulous wedding. In addition, they needed guidance in finding a balance between the extravagant wedding that Harry wanted and the low-key, intimate wedding that Paula envisioned. Enter Jubilee.

The Resolution: Jubilee listened carefully to the different ideas that Paula and Harry had, and helped them come together with compromises to have a wedding that they would both love. With Jubilee’s guidance, Harry got to invite all 150 guests that he wanted while Paula was satisfied with the intimacy that the personalized details brought to the wedding.

The Climax:
Paula and Harry exchanged vows under a chuppah with sweeping panoramic views behind them while guests sipped lychee ice tea and passion fruit –lime spritzer under the sun. During the cocktail hour, wine tasting stations were setup to complement the creative hors d’oeurves. A custom designed four course menu had guests yearning for more, and they were delighted to find an elaborate dessert display awaiting them in the beautiful Hill House overlooking the winery following dinner.
