The Challenge:
Sara and John lived in New York City and have incredibly busy jobs. They relied on Sara’s mother Marg to plan the wedding since she is local to the Bay Area. However, the planning soon began to consume every minute of Marg’s time and she found it very stressful when faced with so many different vendors and decisions. Enter Jubilee.

The Resolution: Jubilee came in the middle of the planning process and quickly put everyone in check with her calendars and timelines. She gave valuable advice and guidance to Marg to help her make the right decisions, and accompanied her to tastings, linen selections, and floral meetings. Among the many things that Jubilee helped the family to accomplish, she put together an extremely detailed transportation plan to arrange shuttle buses, limos, and cable car trolleys to transport guests around town during the weekend of the wedding.

The Climax:
It was a black tie formal affair, but entwined with intimacy, romance, and elegance. Sara and John exchanged touching wedding vows and lit a unity candle to join their two families together. Afterwards, cable car trolleys whisked everyone to San Francisco City Hall, where an Oscar-like red carpet, champagne, and a fresh oyster and shrimp bar welcomed guests. When the Vera Wang dinner bells were rung, the Wedding Party made a dramatic entrance walking down the stunning marble staircase to an evening of sumptuous food, lively conversation, emotional toasts, and vivacious dancing.
