Wedding of Jill and Conor

The Challenge: Jill and Conor lived in New York City and were planning a destination wedding in San Francisco. Jill’s mother Sue was instrumental in the planning process, but recognized that she need an experienced Wedding Coordinator by her side to attend to the complicated logistics of having a city wedding for 120 out of town guests from all over the world. Enter Jubilee.

The Resolution: Jubilee got a clear understanding and vision of the clients’ desires and helped them to create a meticulous timeline for the wedding day. Her familiarity with the venue and the city allowed her to attend to every last detail, leaving no stones unturned. She made sure that the couple’s visions for the wedding were carried out in the exact way that they had envisioned.

The Climax: Jill’s ornate Reem Acra gown, with a small piece of her mother’s veil sewn inside, set the tone perfectly for the Old World style wedding that she had dreamt about. When Conor laid eyes on his beautiful bride for the first time that day, it was under the stairs of the grand Grace Cathedral on Nob Hill. Together, they were whisked away to different San Francisco landmarks for photographs by their New York based photographer. In the late afternoon, 120 guests from different parts of the world including Conor’s family and friends from Ireland, witnessed the union of the enchanting couple in front of the elegant fireplace in the historic Julia Morgan Ballroom.
